Helping kids with ADHD understand and work with their own brains.
Busy Brains is an educational platform for children with ADHD, designed to help them understand how their brains work through interactive experiences. I started as BA to define requirements, then moved into the PM role to lead sprint delivery.
Key Deliverables and Methodologies
- Facilitated backlog grooming, sprint planning, and coordination across design, frontend, and backend teams.
- Managed scope by pushing back on feature requests that didn't fit the current milestone.
- Kept the product experience age-appropriate and accessible for neurodiverse learners throughout development.

A social media platform for community engagement. I joined as BA to define the core product requirements, then moved into PM to run sprint delivery across web and mobile.

- Coordinated resource allocation and flagged risks early to keep delivery moving across parallel workstreams.
- Kept the backlog prioritised and the team unblocked by bridging product, engineering, and design.

An enterprise learning management platform focused on compliance tracking and employee certification. I initially defined requirement specifications, then transitioned to Project Manager to lead sprint delivery across engineering and UI/UX.

Designed user journeys and reward logic to turn a standard LMS into a gamified experience with badges, milestones, and leaderboards. Led the project from initial requirements through sprint delivery.

Wrote the SRS for a field service management platform covering job dispatching, invoicing, and real-time field tracking.

Contractor quoting, booking, and project tracking for bathroom renovation jobs.
Built the SRS for a contractor marketplace by going through client meetings and reviewing client documents to understand how quoting, booking, and project tracking should work.
Translators Without Borders
Volunteered for Clear Global to translate and localize educational materials for marginalized communities. Volunteered for UNHCR translating vital documents for refugees and displaced populations. Used CAT tools to ensure consistency and accuracy across all projects.
Social Media Manager and Content Creator
Handled the social media account and created content to gain audience traction for a humor-based business model. Collaborated with iflix SVoD and Pathao on the campaign Promoting Contents through Memes on behalf of Rantages.
Curated User-Generated Content (UGC) within the Rantages Goatposting Facebook group to drive a humor-based marketing model.
Tracked campaign metrics via Excel; generated and delivered weekly performance reports aggregating data from both the main page and the community group.
